Brief Introduction

O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to the 28″ OD cage mills.
As required by the application for welding the tube or pipe, HeBei
TengTian can also provide mills with high-frequency induction or
contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW).

Mills Tour:
Step 1 - Coils
There are carbon steels that are going to be made into pipe and
tube for you
Step 2 - uncoiler
The carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler
Step 3 - Leveler
The coil stock is leveled
Step 4 - butt welding
Connect the last coil to next coil to uninterrupted
forming&sizing
Step 5 - Mill
Then it goes through a series of rolls that form the flat steel
into pipe
Step 6 - Mill Rollers
Rolls form this size schedule into shape
Step 7 - Welder
An Electirc Resistance Welder Finishes the pipe or tube
Step 8 - Scarfer
The seam is “scarfed” to make the pipe or tube smooth all the way
around.
Step 9 - Saw
the pipe and tube is sawed cut to length
Step 10 - Collecting
Finally, collecting pipes and tubes for packing
