HG63 Tube Mill Machine for Square and Round Pipe Manufacturing

HG63 high frequency straight welded pipe mill line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Ф25～63.5mm in diameter and 0.8～3.2mm ofl thickness, can produce square pipe 20x20-50x50mm, thickness 0.8-3.2mm. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

Production Process

Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse
