Product Description
This full-automatic ERW steel tube mill/pipe mill line represents China's first fully automatic pipe making machine
designed to meet international market requirements. Combining our
LW series unit with FF forming technology, this equipment produces
automatic square and rectangular tubes while also capable of
manufacturing various open cold bend steel profiles (U, C section
steel, etc.) with infinitely adjustable width and height
dimensions.

Production Process
material(steel coil) → uncoiler → shear and welder → horizontal(or
cage) accumulator → forming mill → HF solid welder → sizing mill →
roughly straightening(turkey head) → cut off machine → run out

after-sell service: installation and training, and the skilled
engineer for working.
4.) We can also sent the engineer working for you serval months or
1 year. The engineer will help you to improve the output, reduce
the waste and decrease the cost.
