Product Description
The ERW273 high precision full automatic ERW tube mill is designed for manufacturing welded steel pipes with diameters
from Φ114mm to Φ273mm and wall thicknesses from 2.0mm to 10.0mm,
including square pipes from 60×60mm to 200×200mm.
ERW Tube Mill Process
- Uncoils and flattens steel coils into strips
- Forms strips into round pipe shape using precision rollers
- Welds tubes using high frequency solid state welder
- Sizes tubes to precise dimensions
- Cuts to specified lengths (6-12m) with ±3mm accuracy
