I. Steel coil slitting machine General introduction

Steel coil slitting machine is used to uncoil and level the coil plate, slit the steel plate by rotary shearing unit, then recoil the plate by recoiler, at last pack the coil.

4) Coil ID: Φ508~Φ760mm

5) Coil OD: Φ1000~Φ1600 mm

Loading coil — uncoiler — straightening head & pinching & leveling machine — hydraulic shearing machine — vertical roll— rotary slitting machine — scrap winder — accumulator — tension device — recoiling machine — discharging car

Remark:

All the above workers should take part in installing the slitting line during installation and debugging, because our engineer could train them about that how to operate and know their machine while installing.
