High Frequency Steel Straight Seam Pipe Welding Line / Tube Mill

High frequency straight seam tube mill is intended for manufacturing of high frequency straight seam welding tube , square tube and special shapes tube. The production line adopts advanced pass technology, PLC automatic control system, with stable operation, convenient operation and repair, and reached the advanced level in the same industry in the structure and accuracy. Including equipments from decoiler to run out table, the speed adjusts according to the tube specification changing.

What is it HG-89 ERW tube mill/ERW pipe mill ? It is used to produce the steel pipe size of Φ32mm-89mm with thickness of 1.0-4.5mm at common speed of 30-80m/min. We can also chage the configuration to reach high speed according to individual requirement. The whole tube mill adopts “W” Forming process in the forming process with advantages of making the force more reasonable and the deformation of the material of each rack of the unit is more perfect.
